Open Space Strategy for the Canterbury district 2009-2014

The report Open Space Strategy for the Canterbury district 2009-2014 (source) published by Canterbury City Council in November 2009 includes proposals for the creation of a set of green corridors (ie, cycling paths) between Canterbury and neighbouring towns and villages. In particular, an appendix, Green Corridor Priority List, defines some ten green corridors and ranks them in order of priority.

Section 6.5.2 of the Open Space Strategy states that:

There will be an Annual Open Space conference when action plan progress and delivery of the performance indicators can be reviewed with stakeholders. This will then feed into the annual update of the action plan via the appropriate committee within Canterbury City Council. They will provide an opportunity for adjusting tasks within the action plans.
